Instead we developed a wide variety of foams and stringer materials to figure out how to build a better surfboard. EpoxyFoam surfboard blanks have been five years in development. Our research and development budget, approximately 10% of our turnover each year, is dedicated to improving our surfboard blanks and hi-density foam products.The result is a careful combination of extruded and EPS polystyrene foam and composite stringers – Making the lightest, strongest boards available.
